A Sparkling Wine With Tasmanian Character

Made using the méthode traditionnelle, Jax’s Sparkling features:

• Fine, persistent bubbles

• Notes of green apple, citrus blossom, and almond

• A subtle brioche complexity from extended time on lees

• A dry, refined finish that lingers just enough to make you want another sip

It’s a small-batch sparkling that balances freshness and finesse, with all the character of its cool-climate Tasmanian roots.
