We produce around 2,500–3,000 bottles a year — and that’s by choice. Small batches allow us to focus on quality, character, and wines that truly express our place.
Our range includes both classic and lesser‑known varietals, often produced in very limited numbers. Some wines may only exist for a single vintage, making each visit a chance to discover something rare.
