Chocolate & Wine Extravaganza Step into an evening of indulgence at Every Man and His Dog Vineyard, where rich chocolate meets elegant Tasmanian wine.

Hosted by Maurice and Helen Curtis — the makers behind Federation Artisan Chocolate — this immersive two-hour experience (4–6 pm) takes you on a guided journey through taste, texture, and craft.

Sip boutique wines from the vineyard’s cellar, each paired with handmade bean-to-bar chocolates created just metres away. Discover how cool-climate Tasmanian wines bring out the hidden depths of fine cacao — and how every pairing tells its own story. Then, it’s your turn to create. Pour and decorate three custom chocolate blocks, choosing from decadent inclusions to blend into dark, milk, or white chocolate — your own edible works of art to take home.
