Mon Dieu — let's not use the C-word! Our sparkling wine is named for Jax, the vineyard dog who greets every visitor with a wag and a smile — and this bubbly does exactly the same. Clear, bright, delicately flavoured and slightly dry, with a steady stream of fine bubbles, Sparkling Jax is a Tasmanian sparkling wine made for any excuse at all.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Pale straw in the glass, with a fine, persistent bead of bubbles.

Aroma: Delicate citrus blossom and green apple, with a soft brioche note from time on lees.

Palate: Crisp and bright, with lemon and pear fruit, a touch of creamy texture from the Chardonnay and Sémillon, and a clean, slightly dry finish.
