The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon hails from a vintage graced by one of Tasmania’s warmest summers in over four decades. This exceptional warmth led to early ripening, infusing the grapes with distinctive flavors and an uncommon depth, seldom found in cool-climate Cabernet Sauvignons.

After its harvest, the wine was lovingly matured in French oak barrels for a duration of 18+ months. It presents itself with an opulent midnight black, dark-red hue. On the nose, you’ll find pronounced aromas of ripe blackcurrant and dark cherry seamlessly mingling with hints of vanillin cedar, tobacco, and spicy dried herbs.

Upon tasting, the palate is graced by the dominance of rich, weighty ripe blackcurrant flavors, accompanied by layers of vanillin cedar, spicy tobacco, and dried herbal undertones.
