Signature Experience
Chocolate & Wine Pairing (60 minutes)
Our signature Chocolate & Wine Pairing experience combines premium Tasmanian chocolate with carefully selected wines to demonstrate how flavour, texture and aroma complement one another. This guided tasting has become one of the most distinctive experiences available at the vineyard and is the perfect way to discover the magic of the Coal River Valley.

Chocolate Experience
The Tasmania Chocolate Pour (60 minutes)
Get hands-on with this truly unique chocolate indulgence experience – where you become the chocolatier! Explore the fascinating world of chocolate creation and craft your own 160g chocolate in the shape of Tasmania.
With our artisan Chocolatiers, select your preferred chocolate and pour into a Tasmania Mould whilst decorating with your ideal embellishments. As your Tasmania sets, enjoy a speciality hot chocolate made fresh from the chocolate vats.
Premium Tasting
Rare & Exclusive Wine Tasting (45 minutes)
Taste wine only produced in a handful of global locations, right here in Tasmania! Join us for an opportunity to taste Siegerrebe & Ehrenfelser, as part of a guided wine tasting. We produce less than 150 bottles of each wine annually and nowhere else in Australia can you have access to such an exclusive tasting.

What tasting experiences are available?
We offer four core experiences: Chocolate & Wine Pairing, The Tasmania Chocolate Pour, Rare & Exclusive Wine Tasting and Classic Wine Tasting. Each can be booked online via our Rezdy booking page.
Can I purchase wine at the cellar door?
Yes, wines are available to purchase during your visit. Our team will be happy to help you select the perfect bottles to take home.
Is food available during my visit?
Seasonal food offerings celebrating fresh Tasmanian produce are available. We recommend checking availability when booking your experience.
Can groups visit the cellar door?
Yes, group bookings are very welcome. For larger groups or private events, Wednesday and Thursday appointments are ideal. Please contact us to arrange a tailored visit.
Are gift vouchers available?

How long should I allow for a visit?
We recommend allowing plenty of time to enjoy the full experience, typically 45 minutes to two hours depending on the experience you choose. Many guests prefer to combine a tasting with seasonal food and a relaxed wander around the vineyard.
