JAX'S TIPPLE — Ehrenfelser
Extraordinarily rare: only 120 hectares exist globally. In Australia, Every Man and His Dog Vineyard is the ONLY place you can discover this treasure. Reminiscent of Riesling with balanced sweetness, acidity, and a crisp, dry finish. Perfect with fish, chicken, and spicy dishes.
JAX'S SWEET — Eiswein

Do you offer wine tastings?
Yes, visitors can enjoy wine tastings at our cellar door and experience a selection of handcrafted wines produced in the Coal River Valley.
How long does a wine tasting experience take?
Most wine tasting experiences take between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the number of wines sampled and the size of your group.
What wines can I taste at the cellar door?
Our tasting selection varies throughout the year and may include Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling, Siegerrebe, Ehrenfelser, Eiswein, sparkling wines and other seasonal releases produced from our vineyard.
Can beginners enjoy a wine tasting?
Absolutely. Whether you are new to wine or an experienced enthusiast, our tastings are designed to be welcoming, informative and enjoyable for all visitors.
Can I purchase wine at the cellar door?
Yes, visitors can purchase wines directly from the cellar door and take home their favourite selections.
Do I need to book a wine tasting in advance?
Bookings are recommended, especially for groups and weekends, to ensure we can give you the best possible experience. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.
What is the Rare Wine Experience?
The Rare Wine Experience offers guests the opportunity to taste selected limited-release, aged or special wines that are not always included in a standard cellar door tasting.
Do I need to book the Rare Wine Experience in advance?
Advance bookings are strongly recommended. Rare wines are limited in quantity and the experience may only be available at selected times.
Can rare wines be purchased after the tasting?
Some wines may be available for purchase, subject to stock and allocation limits. Because quantities can be very limited, not every wine included in the tasting will necessarily be available for takeaway purchase.
Can rare wine tastings be arranged for private groups?
Private or small-group experiences may be available by arrangement. Contact the cellar door team to discuss group size, timing and availability.
