This is our big boy – we are so proud of our pure Cab Sav (no, we do not blend it with anything else). It really should not grow so well in the Coal Valley, but despite nerves about late ripening, it rewards us with a rich and luscious wine that starts off good and gets better by the year. One to lay down in the cellar or enjoy now.
